Sioux Falls partners with Christensen Development to develop four-acre railyard land downtown. The $95 million Railyard Development project includes a five-story mixed-use building, three apartment buildings, and a parking ramp with 180 stalls. The mixed-use building will feature 56,000 sq ft of retail and office space, and the apartment buildings will add over 230 units.
