Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation resumes work-to-rule campaign, refusing binding arbitration, over unresolved class size issue.

Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation (STF) resumes work-to-rule campaign after failing to reach a new collective agreement with the government-school board bargaining team. The government had proposed binding arbitration, but STF declined. Teachers have been without a contract since August last year, with class size being the main issue.
