Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) has secured 140MW of renewable energy from the Khangela Emoyeni Wind Farm, reducing its annual carbon emissions by 20%. This agreement, along with the Bolobedu solar PV project, will help power RBM's operations in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The Khangela Emoyeni Wind Farm project is expected to reach commercial operation within 28 months, and produce 460GWh of renewable energy annually.
