Police arrested the suspected organizer, Calijah "Zilla" Young, and three others involved in planned street takeovers at multiple San Diego intersections last weekend, authorities said Wednesday. The group of about 200 people attempted to target several intersections, causing an estimated $13,800 in damage at one location. The San Diego Police Department prevented the group from carrying out their plans.
