New York Judge Mark Grisanti, who was caught on video shoving a police officer during a neighbors' dispute, will be replaced on the bench as his term on the Court of Claims expired last year. His name did not appear on Governor Kathy Hochul's list of judicial nominees. Grisanti was previously censured by the state Commission on Judicial Conduct for his actions in June 2020, but he remains on the bench until a replacement is appointed.
