Michigan State Men's Basketball has hired Saddi Washington, a Lansing native, as an assistant coach. Washington, previously an assistant at the University of Michigan, has deep ties to Michigan State; his parents and brother are alumni, and his father, Stan, was a notable figure in the program. Head Coach Tom Izzo expressed his excitement in welcoming Washington home to the Lansing area.
