Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP) expands its operations by acquiring SMC Packaging Group, a company in Springfield, Missouri. The deal adds multiple locations in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma to GBP's business portfolio. SMC Packaging Group will continue to operate as a corporation, now 100% owned by GBP. This acquisition strengthens GBP's presence in the markets of Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
