Chicago alderman Brian Hopkins pushes for an 8 p.m. curfew for unaccompanied minors in downtown after a couple was attacked by teens in Streeterville, where a pregnant woman lost her baby. The attackers, a 17-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, were charged with misdemeanor battery. Hopkins believes the current charges are inadequate and has requested the Cook County states attorney's office to upgrade the charges.
