Banijay UK acquires Caryn Mandabach Productions, including Peaky Blinders rights and slate.

Banijay UK has acquired independent scripted production company Caryn Mandabach Productions Limited (CMP), the creator of BAFTA-winning global hit series Peaky Blinders. The acquisition includes all rights to Peaky Blinders and its back catalog, as well as CMP's slate of projects. The deal expands Banijay UK's portfolio in the scripted space.
