Australia's National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) declines to investigate six officials linked to the "robodebt" scheme due to prior Royal Commission findings.

Australia's National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has decided against launching an official probe into six public officials linked to the unlawful "robodebt" scheme, which operated from 2015 to 2019. The NACC stated that the conduct of these officials had already been "fully explored" by the Royal Commission into Robodebt and that it was unlikely to obtain significant new evidence. The NACC's decision comes nearly a year after the report was submitted to the Governor-General.
