Pregnant mum Rebecca Moss discovered her partner, Thomas Gibson, dead on the day of their baby's birth. She had tried to wake him, saying "Wake up, it's baby day," but found him cold and unresponsive. An inquest revealed that doctors had misread an abnormal heart scan 11 days prior, missing a complete heart block that could lead to sudden cardiac death. Rebecca gave birth to their daughter, Harper, hours later.
