27-year-old Samiu Kealoha Kama Olevao died in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Waikoloa Road, Hawaii, failing to negotiate a turn and crossing double-solid yellow lines, with speed and impairment believed to be contributing factors. Two young children in the car were injured but later discharged. This is the 19th traffic fatality on Hawaii Island this year, up from nine at the same time last year.
