40-year-old North Carolina woman, Martha Crocket, died in a single-vehicle crash on June 4th in Carroll County, Virginia. The incident occurred at 7:40 am on Route 97 when her Hyundai Elantra veered off the road, crossed the centerline, and struck a tree. Virginia State Police are investigating the cause of the accident and reported that Crocket was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
