23-year-old Jamal Baker has been arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault, and firearm possession in relation to the May 18 shooting of 21-year-old Ne'Jah Cox in Atlanta. Cox, who was a passenger in a car with her toddler child, was killed when three men opened fire on the vehicle. The shooting, which was targeted at Cox, was captured on surveillance footage near the crime scene.
