100-year-old Canadian D-Day veteran Bill Cameron passed away days before the 80th anniversary of D-Day, leaving only 13 veterans aged 99-104 in the Canadian delegation for the event in Normandy, France. Cameron had previously attended the 70th and 75th anniversary celebrations and wished to visit Juno Beach one last time. His grandson and daughter-in-law will represent him at the ceremony.
