Universal and Mattel are partnering for a Monster High movie, following the success of the Barbie film. The Monster High toy line, featuring teenage characters inspired by classic monsters, could support a live-action blockbuster. Akiva Goldsman will produce the film through his Weed Road banner, and the project will be an original story based on the popular line of fashion dolls.
