Swiss-Belhotel International expands its presence in the MENA region with a signed agreement for Swiss-Belresidences Rivan, an upscale residential development in Cairo, Egypt. The deal was formalized on May 14th, and the official launch event took place in Cairo on June 2nd, 2024. Al Tameer Al Arabia for Real Estate Development and Investment Sae, the owning company, has collaborated with Swiss-Belhotel International for this project.
