Peacock evades capture in Michigan for at least two days; animal control and citizens attempt unsuccessfully.
An elusive peacock has been causing trouble in Michigan for at least two days. Animal control officers have been struggling to capture it, with the peacock escaping after nearly being caught on Tuesday. The Saginaw County Animal Care and Control Center is seeking donations for a $150 animal capture net and citizens have also tried unsuccessfully to capture the bird. The peacock's owner remains unidentified.
