100 gallons of diesel fuel spilled along I-94's north ditch after a semi-truck crash near Casselton on Tuesday. The Florida driver, Scott Pettingill, was cited for driving under suspension, log book violation, and care required. Casselton Fire and Fargo Fire provided hazmat containment measures to prevent the diesel from spreading into surrounding waterways, reducing westbound I-94 traffic to one lane for about two hours. No injuries were reported.
