Court of Appeal dismisses police negligence claim in Enniskillen bombing case. Joseph Holbeach, injured in the 1987 IRA attack that killed 11 people during Remembrance Sunday ceremony, cannot hold police liable for any alleged failure to ensure his safety. Holbeach had sued the chief constable for alleged negligence, despite recognising the IRA's responsibility for the bomb.
