Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II played a significant role in restoring two major educational projects in Ghana, GALOP and the Jobs and Skills Project, each worth around $200 million, after the World Bank initially decided to cancel them in 2017. Ghanaian Energy Minister Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, known as Napo, highlighted the importance of investing in the Otumfuo commemorative gold coin, which honors the Asantehene's contributions to national development.
