Archaeologists begin restoration of Bakong temple's fifth tower in Cambodia's Angkor Archaeological Park.

Archaeologists have started restoring the dilapidated foundation of the fifth tower of Cambodia's famous Angkor Archaeological Park's Bakong temple, according to the APSARA National Authority (ANA). The structure was built in the late ninth century by King Indravarman I and has been damaged by age, weather, and tree roots.
