30-year-old man severely burned in 50% of his body after a gas station explosion in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The incident happened at a closed Mobil gas station on 26 S. Federal Highway during an excavation project. The explosion, caused by escaping fuel vapors ignited by machinery, resulted in a 50-foot crater and is currently being investigated by the Florida State Fire Marshal's Office.
