1-year-old girl killed in hit-and-run in Hartford, Connecticut. A toddler wandered out of a laundromat and was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Monday night. The driver fled westbound on New Britain Avenue in a 2013 black BMW 328xi with the Connecticut license plate BD98328. Hartford police are actively searching for the car and suspect involved in the incident.
