25-year-old Christopher Moran from Millsboro, Delaware has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony for allegedly stabbing his 61-year-old stepfather, Dennis Harmon, in Rehoboth Shores. Harmon was pronounced dead at the scene. Moran is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on a $1.18 million cash bond. The investigation is ongoing.
