7-year-old boy dies after being found at the bottom of a Fort Lauderdale pool; death investigation underway. Fort Lauderdale authorities responded to a 911 call about a child in a pool at a home on NW 4th Avenue. Officers retrieved the child and performed CPR, but the boy was later pronounced dead at Broward Health Medical Center. The homeowner did not know the boy, and police are still investigating the incident.
