Wrexham Council approves demolition of comedian Russ Abbot's former home for 10 new houses.
Plans to demolish the former Wrexham home of comedian Russ Abbot have been approved, making way for ten new houses. Despite opposition from residents, the decision was backed by Wrexham Council's planning committee. The property, once home to the Chester-born actor best known for his self-titled sketch show, will be replaced by houses to be built on land next to the Rossett Hall Hotel on Chester Road.
