Turkish Airlines considers purchasing 225 aircraft from Boeing, including 150 MAX narrow-bodies and 75 Boeing 787 wide-bodies.

Turkish Airlines, Turkey's national carrier, is in talks with Boeing Co. about purchasing 225 aircraft, according to the airline's Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Ahmet Bolat. The potential order includes 150 MAX narrow-bodies and 75 Boeing 787 wide-bodies, following a major deal with European plane maker Airbus. Turkish Airlines has a current fleet of 455 aircraft from Boeing and Airbus.
