Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) completes reconstruction of 4 vandalised towers along Jos-Gombe 330kV transmission line, supplying power to northeast Nigeria. Rehabilitation and re-stringing completed on June 3, 2024, allowing for bulk power transmission to substations in the region. The initial promise to finish repairs and restore supplies was delayed due to the collapse of one tower during reconstruction.
