Bow & Stern Brentwood, a new 5,000 sq ft ocean-inspired restaurant, is set to open this summer in Burnaby's Brentwood Town Centre. Known for their fresh seafood offerings, this will be the third location for the family-run restaurant, with existing sites in Abbotsford and Chilliwack. The new restaurant will offer seating for 160 inside and 60 on the patio, with happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch service to come.
