Schwan's Company has purchased 142 acres of land in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for a new 700,000-square-foot Asian food production facility. The facility will produce a range of Asian-style meals, sides, snacks, and appetizers for Schwan's Korean food brand, bibigo. The project is expected to cost hundreds of millions of dollars and create over 600 jobs. The site will also include a wastewater treatment facility and a regional office in downtown Sioux Falls.
