Romania's Minister of Culture, Raluca Turcan, plans to request Louis Vuitton to acknowledge the inspiration of their new collection from the traditional Sibiu blouse model, a part of Romania's cultural heritage. The announcement follows a campaign by La Blouse Roumaine community, "Give Credit," which claims that Louis Vuitton used the blouse model from the Mărginimea Sibiului area without mentioning its origin or seeking consent.
