Psychedelic rock band Mercury Rev announces new album "Born Horses", their first of new material in nine years, releasing 6th September. Inspired by minimalist composer Tony Conrad and beat poet Robert Creeley, the lead single "Patterns" combines spoken-word with guitar and keyboard. Band members include Jonathan Donahue, Grasshopper, Jesse Chandler (Midlake), and Marion Genser.
