Charges against Greene County 911 operator Leon Price, accused of refusing to send an ambulance to a dying woman, have been dropped due to new evidence questioning the initial investigation. Price faced involuntary manslaughter and four other misdemeanor counts for the incident involving Diania Kronk, who died after her daughter called 911 in July 2020. The case was withdrawn by new District Attorney Brianna Vanata, who took office in January.
