Namibia's trade deficit reduced to 3.1 billion Namibian dollars in April 2024, a decrease from 4.6 billion Namibian dollars in March. South Africa was Namibia's largest market for both exports and imports, with minerals such as diamonds, uranium, non-monetary gold, and petroleum oils making up the primary exports. Re-exports saw a 2.6% increase month-on-month and a 17.5% increase year-on-year.
