Michelin-starred Cote Korean Steakhouse announces its first Las Vegas location, set to open next year at The Venetian Resort as part of the $1.5bn reinvestment project. The steakhouse, known for its A5 wagyu and in-table smokeless grills, will join Cote's original New York location and outposts in Miami and Singapore. Founder Simon Kim describes the Las Vegas opening as a "triumphant homecoming."
