Japan-based Somar Corp. will establish a manufacturing facility in Wood County, West Virginia, investing $2.5 million and creating 25 jobs. The facility will produce epoxy resin for the automotive industry, located within the Polymer Alliance Zone Industrial Park. Wood County Commissioner David Blair Couch expressed appreciation for the job opportunities provided by Japanese companies.
