Two retired soldiers and nine others were sentenced to 252 years in prison for robbing a gold-buying company in the Western Region of Ghana. The Tarkwa Circuit Court sentenced 11 individuals, including Emmanuel Tetteh, Samuel Agbadoku, Isaac Adjei, Frank Afavi, Yaw Adzevi, and Anthony Ayivie Kwame Senyo to varying jail terms from 17 to 50 years. The defendants, who pleaded not guilty, were charged with conspiracy and robbery.
