Goose & Elder, a popular brunch spot in Findlay Market, Cincinnati, will close on June 15 after nearly five years of operation. Owner Jose Salazar plans to refocus his overall restaurant brand, including reopening his namesake restaurant Salazar in a former Saks Fifth Avenue space. The new concept, Safi, a Moroccan-inspired wine bar, will open in the former Salazar space.
