Free training on safeguarding Lake Tahoe from aquatic invasive species is scheduled for June 6. The event, part of California Invasive Species Action Week, will take place from 10 AM to noon at Tahoe Keys Marina in South Lake Tahoe. In addition to training on identifying and reporting invasive species, the public session will showcase innovative aquatic robots used to combat invasive weed spread.
