2018: BrahMos engineer Nishant Agarwal sentenced to life for spying for Pakistan's ISI under Official Secrets Act.

Former BrahMos Aerospace engineer Nishant Agarwal has been sentenced to life imprisonment by a Nagpur court for spying for Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI under the Official Secrets Act. Agarwal was arrested in 2018 for allegedly leaking sensitive information about India's BrahMos missiles to the ISI and has also been sentenced to 14 years of rigorous imprisonment and fined Rs 3,000.
