The Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) appointed John Fraser-Mackenzie as its new Chief Executive, succeeding Brett O'Riley. Fraser-Mackenzie brings extensive leadership experience from various positions at companies like Metro Performance Glass, Pacific Harvest Limited, Goodman Fielder, and HJ Heinz. He will lead the EMA, New Zealand's largest business association, starting June 10.
