EAEU member states gathered for a two-day meeting in Belarus focusing on food security. Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko highlighted the importance of food security for social stability and national existence. The EAEU countries need to jointly address challenges in food security, with the union having more than 93% of its own agricultural product supply. Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov stated that ensuring food security is a strategically important priority for his country, which has increased agricultural production in recent years.
