African Development Bank (AfDB) and Rwanda's government signed a partial credit guarantee agreement to raise up to €200M through competitive financing from international banks. This agreement diversifies funding sources and supports green and social initiatives in line with Rwanda's Vision 2050. The guarantee also establishes Rwanda as a credible sustainable borrower in the international financial markets.
