28-year-old suspected DUI driver arrested after hit-and-run collision in Pacific Beach, San Diego. Two pedestrians, a 30-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man, were seriously injured when struck in a crosswalk at 2 a.m. on Sunday. The driver fled the scene but was later apprehended and tested for intoxication. Both victims were hospitalized, with the woman suffering life-threatening injuries including a skull fracture.
