66-year-old Steve Wright appeared in Ipswich Magistrates' Court via video-link, charged with the 1999 kidnap and murder of 17-year-old Victoria Hall. Her body was found in a ditch five days after she disappeared after a night out. Wright is also accused of attempting to kidnap another woman the night before. The case was remanded, with Wright due in Ipswich Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
