45-year-old Oklahoma County inmate Jeremy Birchfield, arrested for child sexual abuse, was found unresponsive in his cell and died in a hospital on June 5th. This is the second inmate death reported within a week, following the death of 27-year-old James Lynn Jetton on May 28th. Both cases are under investigation, with the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office determining the final cause of death.
