46-year-old man charged for stealing police uniform, impersonating PSO and brandishing imitation firearm in Melbourne's south-east. Man allegedly stole police clothing, including shirts and boots, in Malvern East, and was later found in possession of uniform items and an imitation firearm at a licensed premises in Oakleigh. Police conducted searches but did not locate the man until the later incident.
