48-year-old Jennifer Rose Kilgore, a Tennessee custodian, was arrested for stealing and pawning jewelry from a senior living center and charged with two counts of adult exploitation.
Tennessee custodian, Jennifer Rose Kilgore, 48, accused of stealing and pawning residents' jewelry from a senior living center. Kilgore was arrested on May 29 with two counts of exploitation of an adult. She was employed at Signal Mountain Senior Living in Chattanooga. A resident reported the theft to police a week before her arrest.
