Starbucks introduced its first-ever boba-inspired drinks in the US for the summer menu. The three new iced beverages, released in May, include raspberry-flavored popping pearls and the Summer-Berry Refreshers mixture. The drinks look appealing, but the coconut-milk-based option was found to lack flavor. This rollout comes two and a half years after Starbucks conducted a limited test of similar beverages.
